Kendrick Disch grew up in a creative/entrepreneurial household in Arkansas but his love of travel has taken him all over North America including lengthy layovers in the deserts of New Mexico, the colonial mountain towns of central Mexico, the sunny beaches of the Yucatan Peninsula and the lobster villages on the coast of Maine. His photo book "A Glimpse of Mexico" documents his thorough exploration of Mexico's places and people. His photography has been used by The Santa Fe Photography Workshops, The Maine Media Workshops, The Music Hall Concerts, Quest Magazine and Student Filmmakers Magazine.

As a video producer he's produced award winning documentaries, short films, commercials, and various music promo materials including a live concert dvd for Six Hung Sprung and an interview series called Bands and Their Vans. He also spent 4 years running the jumbo video boards and instant replay equipment for the University of Arkansas Athletics department.

Kendrick is currently enjoying a layover in Atlanta.

You can find me other places on the net as well!

World of Coke

My friend Lyla is working on some design projects involving World of Coke, the Coke Musuem here in Atlanta. So one day she coerced me into tagging along as she made a visit. Of course I brought my camera and snapped a few pics!

It was moderately interesting, but my favorite part was definitely tasting all the variety of drinks that the Coke company manufactures. They have over 60 options available and you just walk around and try as many as you like. I tasted about 12-15 and that was plenty.

May 11, 2009 - 3:36 pm Karen - Aquarius is the BEST SODA EVER! I got addicted to it in Japan - and haven't seen it again until today... ah, memories...

May 13, 2009 - 12:19 am kendrick - I don't remember half the ones I tried, but most of them were better than the American drinks I'm used to!
