I haven’t found a need to use this particular free service yet, but I can see where it might be handy to some people in some situations.
In a nutshell it is an online photo editor. So you could use this instead of photoshop for some quick cropping of an image or some sepia tonage. You can either upload a picture and work on it or enter the web address of an image already on the net. After you apply your edits, it has a built in flickr uploader or you can save the image to your hard drive. It has a pretty friendly interface and it’s pretty quick and responsive. I had no trouble screwing up perfectly good pics although more editing options are always nice.
