Cute puppy needs a home!

hey there, I know of a dog that needs a new home ASAP. The people who used to own it were not very good doggy parents and she wasn’t getting any attention at all. So now my friend is in possesion of it and she lives in a very strict no pets apartment so the dog needs a new home very soon. Roughly 3 months old, very cute Australian Shepard mix with one blue eye and one brown. She is really sweet and it doesn’t appear that she is going to get very big.
